I am a specialist in Digital Humanities, with expertise in the early modern and Victorian periods. My research interests include the digital innovation of scholarly practice (new forms of scholarship and scholarly dissemination), work emerging at the intersection of the digital and the literary, critical code studies, computer games and gaming in social, literary, and scholarly contexts, and 'digital lives' in its broadest sense. I am also interested in the role of digital technology in Queer Studies and the shaping of LGBT communities and cultures.
